FAQ

Questions worth asking before you book

How long does setup take?

From signed agreement to a live system: 5 to 15 business days, depending on the size of your business and whether you’re deploying one system or all three.

Why isn’t pricing listed on the website?

Because this isn’t one-size-fits-all software. Every system is built around your operational scale, your ad spend, and the integrations your stack requires. A flat price tag would mean either overcharging small deployments or under-scoping large ones.

Pricing is set on the initial call, structured as an initial build fee plus a monthly retainer covering maintenance, updates, and security. And a commitment worth knowing: if we don’t believe a system will pay for itself in your case, we’ll say so instead of taking you on.

What are the contract terms?

An initial build fee, then a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum. After that, it’s month-to-month; the results keep you, not the contract.

Will the AI sound robotic to my customers?

No. The voice agents use modern natural-speech synthesis with human cadence and near-instant response times, so conversations feel fluid, and your callers skip the phone-tree menus entirely. Callers get help immediately instead of waiting on hold or landing in voicemail.

What happens when the AI meets a question it can’t handle?

It escalates instantly. The call is warm-transferred to your staff or fallback line, and a structured summary of the conversation so far is pushed to your team at the same time, so whoever picks up steps in with full context, not a cold start.

Do we need an internal IT or technical team?

No. Everything is delivered fully managed: implementation, integrations, updates, and ongoing optimization are handled by EPOW. Your team changes nothing about how they work; they just handle the additional booked appointments.

We’re deeply integrated into our CRM. Will this force a change?

No. The system is built to plug into what you already use, not replace it. We build secure, real-time integrations with your existing CRM and calendar, whether that’s Google Sheets and Google Calendar or HubSpot and Jobber. Availability checks, customer records, and bookings stay in sync across your whole workflow.

Who owns the customer and conversation data?

You do, 100%. All call recordings, transcripts, and customer records are yours, kept in an encrypted environment dedicated to your business. Your data is never sold, rented, or used to train public AI models.

Have a question that’s not here?

Ask it on the call; that’s what it’s for.
